Privacy Policy, Refunds, and Payment/Scheduling Policy:

Privacy:

  • With consent and willing participation on the end of the client, photographic, video recordings, and written testimonials will be shared to both the OceanSide Athletics website and social media page(s) including but not limited to physical demographics i.e weight, measurements, gender, etc. Client identity will be kept classified and confidential such as faces and names in photos and attached to written testimonials but excluding the actual videos recorded during training sessions.

Refunds:

  • There are no refunds or exchanges on 1:1 training, zoom trainings, or personalized nutritional plans provided by Ocean on the OceanSide Athletics website.

  • All training and nutrition plans are final transactions and any possible recordings of sessions/ classes are not to be shared.

  • To avoid forfeiting a payment in the case of needing to reschedule an in person 1:1 session please contact me (see contact page for information). All reschedules must be requested and confirmed a minimum of 24 hrs prior to original scheduled session otherwise payment for that individual session will be lost and a makeup session will not be granted.

  • To avoid forfeiting a payment in the case of not being able to attend a zoom group training class, please contact me (see contact page for information). A recording of the missed zoom class will be sent out to you with full access to my communication lines for guidance and questions in the event a class is missed. Notification of absence from class must be informed a minimum of 24 hrs prior to original scheduled class in order to ensure the class is both recorded and prepared to send out otherwise payment for that individual class will be lost and no recording for personal makeup will be given.

Payment & Scheduling:

  • Payments are through zelle and must be sent a minimum of 1 week prior to 1:1 in person training sessions beginning or zoom link and class passcode being sent out to secure your time slot. As a buyer, payments can either be sent on a biweekly or monthly basis but must be discussed and agreed upon while finalizing your training package. Aside from zoom which will have a set schedule weekly for a 1 month period, 1:1 in person training will need to be scheduled and confirmed on a weekly basis.
