Oceanside Athletics isn’t just a passion, its a purpose! Creating this company for me is living proof that manifestation and hard work are the blueprint for success. It’s not enough to simply “wish it into existence”, not a healthier body, a more balanced diet, better endurance, or anything in life, it’s the physical action behind the energetic desire that makes your dreams turn to reality when you stack the power of both. Through education and training not only will you find an upgrade in the life your living mentally and physically but also a mentor and trainer that wants the best for you! Training with me, Ocean, through Oceanside Athletics isn’t just a tool used to accomplish short term goals but it’s a lifestyle change. It’s a journey to a healthier, happier, more fulfilling quality of life where we stay motivated every step of the way. I show you that WE can do this! Zoom Group Training

Fitness Evaluation

A 30 minute complimentary fitness evaluation where I go over your fitness goals, nutrition, check to see if there are any imbalances, or need for corrective exercises. Once all of this is determined and we know it is safe for you to proceed with training, we’ll go through a workout to see your capabilities and limitations if any. To conclude with your evaluation, we’ll discuss your fitness goals and create a program that is best suited for you.

4 options:

  • Nutrition plan

  • Nutrition plan + meal prep

  • Nutrition plan + in person training sessions

  • Nutrition plan + online training sessions

Nutrition plans will consist of a breakdown of your 3 most important caloric categories. If interested, when the nutrition plan and meal prep are paired you will get specific goals to reach for caloric categories and written out meals by me to split between your 7 day week.
